Davey Black Sports Performance has all of your sporting and fitness needs covered.

We run up to 13 weekly Triathlon Squad sessions that you can choose from, as well as Strength and Conditioning, Boxing, Spin, HIIT, Circuit, Kids Sessions and Teen Sessions out of the fitness studio as well as Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Slow Flow, Dynamic Flow, Prenatal, Kids Yoga and Athletes Yoga in the Yoga Studio upstairs.

Our specialist coaches can help you get fit, mobile and strong to help improve your current sporting ability, reduce your risk of injury and keep you training and playing the sports you love for longer.
