A mix of Hatha and Vinyasa at a slow pace
You will be guided through a sequence of poses designed to build your strength and flexibility at a meditative pace, holding postures for a few breaths and slowly moving to the next one.
These classes will help you to slow down mindfully while working your deepest tissues and calming your mind.
A mix of Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa
Designed to give your muscles a workout and improve your balance and flexibility through dynamic sequences.
You can expect sun salutations to warm up and prepare your body and sequences with specific targets (e.g.: core, legs, shoulders, etc.)
Flow & athlete recovery
Hatha encompasses most postural yoga styles and includes the practice of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing).
Generally relaxed, gentle and slow, this is a great starting point for beginners. Poses are held for multiple deep breaths and your teacher guides you through each pose with postural cues to help you along the way.
YIN & MEDITATION
Slow and relaxed with long holds
Slow-paced Yoga with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. Yin Yoga helps to lengthen and strengthen the connective tissue of the body, including the the tendons, fascia, and ligaments. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.
Providing a more meditative approach to yoga, the goal is awareness of the inner self, and highlighting universal, interconnecting qualities.
KIDS & TEEN YOGA
Based on child & adolescent fitness and movement protocols. Age appropriate mindfulness, exercises and activities empower kids and teens to love their body and respect the space that it moves in.
Developing better movement, balance, strength, hand-eye coordination and mobility, these sessions are fun and functional, allowing them to explore the ways their bodies can move and ways to control and awaken their minds.

My parents discovered and began to practice meditation while I was in my early teens. As my both my parents began their spiritual journeys I developed my own curiosity for understanding the world around me. I first started practicing asana at fifteen to improve the look and feel of my body. As I matured into my early twenties and gained more insight into the ancient philosophy of yoga I deepened my understanding of myself and the world around me.
In 2012 I went to India in search of greater understanding and completed my Level One Yoga Teacher Training. Since then I have completed 50 hours of Pre-Post Natal specific training and a CERT III and IV in Physiotherapy Assistance. I have a deep interest in exercise and conditioning and am developing athlete specific classes to aid athletes in finding greater balance to improve their performance, health and longevity.
Yoga has become a through line in all aspects of my life and I am honoured to share my love and experience of yoga with those around me.

A previous biomedical science graduate with 19 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, I left the UK and my fast-paced work-hard/play-hard lifestyle over 2 years ago with my partner and moved to Australia. I decided to fully commit myself full time to pursue my passion of yoga and meditation. I am well-versed in multiple yogic and meditation styles. With 22 years of international training, personal experience and dedicated self-practice, it was an easy transition into a natural mentor, coach and lecturer.
I bring enormous enthusiasm and motivation with an extremely positive, energetic and creative approach that is guaranteed to ensure my students have the best experience they can, whether beginners or experienced in all aspects of their practice and learning. I am passionate about inspiring health, fitness and wellbeing through an entirely personalised, caring and supportive style.
I take pride in tailoring my teaching and lecturing to suit individual needs and abilities so that every student can find benefit and receive a first-class experience. My holistic style and interest in yoga and meditation as therapy enables me to call upon a variety of techniques ranging from massage, aromatherapy, music, meditation, nutrition, mindfulness, health advice and breathing techniques to blissfully connect body, mind and spirit to create personal space, calmness, balance, healing and inner peace.

After being a regular yoga practitioner for several years in Argentina and in Thailand, I became a certified yoga instructor in 2010. Since that moment I have not stopped training and learning about yoga practice and philosophy.
I have had the chance to take workshops with some of the best teachers around the world in many countries. I have trained and mentored prospective yoga teachers from different countries while living and practicing in India.
During my classes, I integrate aspects of mindfulness as well as various styles of yoga into the teaching of vinyasa flow classes. Students will find my classes challenging and enjoyable, with a focus on learning proper technique and postural alignment via clear guidance and gentle adjustments.
When I am not upside down, I enjoy reading, catching up with friends and travelling. I have lived in five different countries and I speak four languages. I am also a qualified French and Spanish teacher.
