Well here it is: Davey Black Sports Performance is not only a personal training studio, but a holistic health and fitness facility spread over 2 levels. Specialising in small group training and priding itself on personal interaction with every client that comes through the door. This allows every coach to know every clients needs in detail.

Our class sizes are limited across every session so that you get all the attention, direction and customised progression that you need to improve your fitness or sporting performance. If small class sizes are not enough, then you are free to sign up to a one on one personal training session to take you to the next level.

GROUND FLOOR – Fitness Studio.

  • In the Fitness Studio, you can choose from Spin, HIIT, Circuit, Boxing or Strength and Conditioning sessions to increase strength, mobility, fitness and stability. We also run Female only classes, pre and postnatal fitness, and Kids and Teen fitness classes, so there is something for the whole family.

UPSTAIRS – Yoga Studio, Recovery Room and Physiotherapist.

  • The Yoga studio also does small group classes and also one on one Yoga sessions for all levels of experience and fitness. Specialising in Athlete Yoga to improve athletic performance, and Prenatal Yoga to help women through late pregnancy and giving birth. The Yoga styles that can be practiced are Yin, Slow Flow, Dynamic Flow and Hatha, and we also run Kids and Teen specific Yoga classes.
  • The recovery room is ideal for athletes as well as for anyone who has been on their feet all day. Our Rapid Muscle Recovery Systems provide varied pulses and pressures designed to help gently massage your legs. This aids the lymphatic and cardiovascular systems my increasing the rate of metabolic waste removal, allowing your muscles to recover faster all while you sit back, relax and let your mid unwind.
  • Our resident Physiotherapist is Steve Stringer, owner and director of Nspire Physiotherapy. Steve specialises in endurance sport injury management and prevention. He also does custom bike fitting to make sure you are less likely to be injured, improve your cycling efficiency and improve running off the bike for triathletes.

Classes run from 6am in the early morning through to 7:30pm in the evening so there is a time and a class to suit almost everyone! With kids classes also overlapping with adult classes, there is a creche right there for you while you train.
